Feature The History Of Monolith Soft - From Baten Kaitos To Xenoblade And Zelda
A monolithic tale
Monolith Soft has become one of the most recognisable of Nintendo's first-party developers in recent times. Led by legendary RPG writer and director Tetsuya Takahashi, the studio is renowned for the monolithic (pun intended) Xenoblade series. Combining MMORPG-style, memorable worlds, stunning music, and philosophical writing, the...
Random Xenoblade Chronicles' Shulk Cutscene Was Originally 'A Little Creepy'
One small change saved the day
Xenoblade Chronicles' protagonist Shulk is pretty well known in the Nintendo community as the picture of innocence; a truly noble hero who always puts his friends and allies first. Apparently, however, according to a recent video from Did You Know Gaming, Shulk's actions during one of the game's cutscenes alarmed...

Talking Point With BOTW2 Slipping, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Launching Early Is Fantastic News
"Bringing together the futures" of its predecessors
Though Xenoblade Chronicles is not the biggest-selling franchise to consistently grace Nintendo's hardware, it's clear that Nintendo is happy to recognise that some brands and genres deserve support for the loyalty they earn among fans. MonolithSoft, a company majority-owned by Nintendo that often...

Cor blimey, guv! Are you really feeling it?
A geniune cockney, honest This week's Nintendo Direct was packed with surprises, one of which was the announcement of the third game in the Xenoblade Chronicles series. Feature Game Of The Decade Staff Picks - Xenoblade Chronicles
The game the fans asked for
Xenoblade Chronicles is 10 years old today, so we thought it a perfect time to republish this personal account from our Games of the Decade series back in January. We recently revisited the game with the excellent Definitive Edition on Switch, of course, but here Mitch discusses his experience with the original version,...

About The Game
An almighty crash heralded the sudden arrival of the Bionis and the Mechonis to this world, for the two titans were locked in a timeless battle...
The sound of their clashing blades rang out, shaking the sea bed and sending ripples through the air.
As the duel reached its climax, the titans poured their remaining strength into one last slash of their great swords. Both struck forth with immeasurable power...
Once the dust had settled, only their corpses remained.

I hope this game comes to NA. Ive been waiting a long time for an RPG like this on the Wii.
This is my single most anticipated wii-game, I really hope it gets localized to Europe!!
Wow looks like a solid rpg might get
Looks pretty cool, weapons and gameplay look similar to Monster Hunter 3. will there be a multiplayer aspect?
My n.1 most wanted Wii game atm!
Wow I sure hope JRPGs like this one make it Stateside :')
Arc Rise Fantasia is the only great JRPG released here in the states IMO Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World was the worst Tales game released so far.
it was not bad just not a A-AAA RPG
Finally a good RPG besides Monster hunter or...... i forgot the others
This looks awesome, but if The Last Story comes out before this (IF it comes to NA) then this one will have to wait.
I will get this game, The Last Story, and Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword for my last Wii games.
@4 no xenoblade dosen't have multiplay such mh3 or last story haves. And what it comes to gameplay it haves friendship / morale system that affects fighting. A good game overall. + who wouldn't love a rpg where changing the armor affects characters outfit on cutscenes & while roaming the world.
Nintendo......TAKE MY MONEY!!! $_$
I have a feeling this game will sell great. Then hopefully nintendo will bring it to NA
How do I get this game , any download links??? Help.
@Outlawrules4life I'm not sure what region of Wii you have, but it'll have to be able to play PAL games. You can import it here or a number of other UK/Euro retailers, or, soon, Australian/NZ retailers, but you can't download it.
This game has such amazing story in it and gameplay. I am 4 hours and 30 mins at the moment since I just started and its one of the best RPG games I have ever played in my lifetime.
Wow, 4+ great (J)RPGs on one system! Monster Hunter, Xenoblade, The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower!
I just started this. It's pretty awesome — the graphics are some of the best I've seen on Wii. So sharp! Such beautiful design! Why did nobody tell me earlier how good it is?
Instead of blaming GameStop for taking advantage of a demand issue, why not point the finger at Nintendo? It published the dang game and didn't print enough copies of it to meet demands - Nintendo created this issue, not GameStop!
@James And look who sneaks in every now an again!
