Now that I have beaten The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom, I will continue my journey in Fire Emblem Engage, which I started a few days before Zelda released. I like it. The gameplay is fun and Somniel is a very nice place. It is one of those games, which make me want to become a shining prince.
I've been insanely busy lately, so not a lot of gaming time. Conversely, this weekend is thankfully somewhat relaxed. Currently working on:
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom - Two dungeons finished, along with a mini dungeon. I'm enjoying my time with the game even if I haven't managed to play since Monday. Great characters, neat locales, and an interesting - albeit somewhat predictable - plot so far. I like the visuals even if the frame rate stutters are a tad noticeable at times (mostly in Hyrule Castle Town). I've also accumulated enough Echoes to where it sometimes takes awhile to find what I want...even with the sort function. Today's featured article laid out this issue pretty well.
Ys Seven (PC) - This was sidelined last weekend thanks to the above, but I think I'm about halfway through. Adol & co. are currently on Ruins Island where I'm trying to figure out what to do next in this aquatic-themed dungeon. I'll be honest...I can't say I'm liking the game as much as I thought I would, though it's a far cry from bad. Compared to the other Ys games I've played that use the party setup - Ys VIII and Ys: Memories of Celceta - it's clear this game was the first to make use of this mechanic after switching from the Napishtim engine. Combat is at a faster pace now that I'm past a certain point. There are some endearing characters and the occasional interesting plot tidbit, but the game feels...sort of generic so far. BUT!....As this is Ys, something could turn around soon. Maybe. I'm sticking it out for now.
Edit: Well, that escalated quickly. Maybe Adol's adventure WILL get more interesting from here on out....
@remotecat25 Have you played any other Kirby games? How far are you in Dragon Quest XI now? I played Dragon Quest XI, but I only got 5 party members as for Kirby I've played every single one, and beaten all of them.
I play lots of Nintendo games, and Playstation games too. Mostly platformers, and rpg's. Also love playing multiplayer games with my friends!

After getting 100 percent on Kirby 64 and Forgotten Land, Funpack, and Kirby 3, I needed more Kirby!
I picked up the Amazing Mirror again (NSO), which I last played a year ago and gave up on, and now I really love it. Went from about 18 percent to 40 percent complete in a day. I don't know why I hated it so much first time around. I think I was overwhelmed and didn't know how to play. I was fed up of going in circles. Now that I understand it, with the sparkling doors meaning you have not gone in them yet, it is a lot more fun. It is very addictive. I keep saying "Just one more new door...". I also really like how fast paced it is. It is also a little harder than average Kirby games, with you losing your ability after one shot, and many enemies needing more than 1 hit.
YouTubers Life 2 PS4 on PS5.
I have reached Diamond Rank YouTuber level (getting more than 1M subscribers) and have set the five NFT tokens to continue the storyline. I just need to get number 1 YouTuber position then I will get Gold Drone as the reward to finish the storyline.
I'm playing Pizza Tower, aka Wario Land 6. (5? Is Shake It a numbered sequel or not?) This is absolutely a game I'm gonna beat normally and then try to see if I have the patience to even attempt to get close to a 100% run.
It's kinda funny, that last Shovel Knight campaign was clearly inspired by Wario Land 1, so now we have games inspired by the latter games. Waiting to see if we get a Wario Land 2/3 indie revival next. Or maybe even a Wario World inspired indie game, that'd be cool.
I'm playing Grapple Dog on Switch.
After finishing DKC: Tropical Freeze 100% last month, I wanted a light and easy 2D platformer, but I didn't think the time trials of Grapple Dogs' levels would be so...
Well, I got 100% on the first two worlds, wish me luck (and patience, mainly).
