Been reading since about 2012-ish, and been a member since around 2015. But I've come and gone quite a lot, hence the youth of my account.
Spend most of my time over on PS as that's my primary system and has been since day one. Though I've had multiple Microsoft consoles and have huge and long lasting love for Nintendo and Sega.
As this is Nintendo centric, I'll keep my history to the big N. I'm in my 40's so it won't surprise you to learn that I got in on the ground floor with the NES, and have owned every home console since, and most of the handhelds. Given that I was a teenager during the time of the N64, that's definitely my golden era and have the most vivid and fond memories of a variety of games and playing with friends.
All the systems, and indeed the company itself are special to me, though I'm not going to pretend, my fandom has lapsed a little with the time of the Switch. Hard to put my finger on why specifically, but it's probably my least favourite. However, I'm very excited about the future and I'm very much looking forward to the reveal of the next system!
There's been so many amazing games over the years, it's tough to name just a few, but some favourites are Links Awakening, Wind Waker, Banjo Kazooie, Diddy Kong Racing, Mario 64, Sunshine, Goldeneye, F-Zero X/GX, and so many more.
However, if I had to pick one, above all others, it's Super Mario World.
Hello guys!! I'm semi new here, I posted some things on the Splatoon 3 thread but now fully active. Like many I been just a reader for a little while, but wanna be more active! This is a nice community so wanna try to be apart of it!
I mostly play Splatoon, Kirby, Animal Crossing, and Mario. But I like other games like Balatro, Dead Cells, Overcooked, Smash Bros and many others!
