Review Art Style: CODE (DSiWare)
An Art Style game based on boring old maths – could it be any good?
If you've been following WiiWare and DSiWare releases closely, you should know all about the Art Style series – loosely based on the Japan-only bit Generations titles for Game Boy Advance (with two of the WiiWare games borne as remakes of these) – the games all feature very...

News DSiWare Launch Titles in Australia (and elsewhere...?)
The Australian DSi Shop is open for business. Could its contents hint at identical launch titles for EU and NA?
Just a quick run-through of the launch titles that Australia is now able to access and download on their brand-spankin'-new DSi units! Not really a very surprising launch as very similar rumors have been circulating for the past week or...
News DSiWare: Pre-release Roundup
For us here at WiiWare World, April can't get here soon enough. The Nintendo DSi will launch on April 2 in Australia, April 3 in Europe and April 5 in North America. That makes for a pretty exciting few days!
The new DSi (for those intending to buy one) offers several intriguing new features, perhaps the most substantial being DSiWare. And with...
About The Game
The Art Style series brings you unique, simple-to-play games with striking visuals and immersive sound.
Art Style: CODE is a fast-paced puzzle game that will test your quick arithmetic skills. Line up the moving digits with the stylus so that they add up to 10 in a horizontal or vertical line to clear them from the screen.
Three single-player modes are included: Target (clear a set number of digits), Puzzle (clear the screen in as few moves as possible) and Endless (keep clearing digits for a high score). You can also use DS Download Play to challenge a friend in VS Mode. All they need is another Nintendo DSi, or even a Nintendo DS/DS Lite system!

I love the art style series if it comes out in the uk then this is 100% on my to get list.
Bejeweled combined with math? I like Bejeweled, but hate math, so I'm not bothering with this one.
That's such a great idea! I'm gonna give this a try despite the fact that I hate Math.
This is my least anticipated DSiWare game yet, and I don't really feel any urge to go online and buy it at all.
Looks to much like real math
Whats next Art style: Algebra
@ Wiiloveit
Well my friend got a DSi on Import with some DSi games he said it was a good puzzle game just hard. Might be worth a look and if you liked the other Art Style on wiiware you should keep a eye out.
@VenomTheEvil: I'll probably end up with it at some point, but it does look like the least appealing Art Style game yet. I myself am really looking forward to the game where you have to roll up the cubes.
Also: what does everyone think of the new name? D-Code - rather than Decode. I think it's worse, and should be reverted back to the old name.
@ Wiiloveit
Well D-Code sounds more like the other art style games. But still not the best choice for a name in the world...
For all those haters out there of maths, i join you.
For all those Art Style Lovers im with you.
For all those haters - Its an awsome game the main reason i got it is because there is 3 modes.
Puzzle - You Need to Eliminate a certain number of digits so they are all gone
Challenge - You Need to eliminate the digits and there are certain limits to reach
Endless - what you see in the video numbers keep commin down,
Get this! and PS in ur face America - Australia has been screwed around wayy to much and now we get it before you so ha
Between Art Style on the Wii and on the DSi, it looks like a great line-up for puzzle fans!
Looks like a great game. (I love Maths)
Unfortunately I'm not interested in the DSi so I'll have to pass .
Not a bad game, just uncomfortable to play. As the game is played with the ds on its side like a book, if you're a left hander like myself you'll end up either having to play right handed or obscure the other screen when you're using the stylus. Bad form Nintendo, the lack of a flip option for us lefties alienates a good 10%+ of the audience you're potentially aiming at.
Hopefully they'll release an update allowing one to flip screens.
I'm mighty tempted to get this, I only just got into the Art Style series and I'm liking it so far...
I found this quite enjoyable. It's got a bit of Tetris, Suduko and Rubiks cube feel to it. I got 3 full-priced games and downloaded this when i got my dsi, and it turns outaI've been playing this game the most. Not sure about lastability, the difficulty ramps up quite fast, but gaining experience with all the combinations which adds up to ten will ensure that I'll get higher and higher scores. My progress in the puzzle game is dismal, but that might end up being the 'rubics' cube I'll pick up once in a while. (The first puzzle took about 7 seconds the first time, and 2 seconds the second attempt, but the difficulty ramps up). At 500 points it's worthwhile.
Well, hopefully we will get this game next week on the 13th of monday for our next update!
looks too hard
This sounds like a great game. It's gonna be fun,I am a major in math!
Hopefully we get it and this time on the 27th of April if it ever comes out... i been waiting on this game for awhile and thats one reason i bought a DSi too.
When does this come out in the US!?!
It's now out in North America titled "BASE 10". However, the game should have been made to issue an option of the writer is right or left-handed.
Base 10?! Loool, I Did Not See That Coming!
Does this mean Nintendo is no longer making Art Style games for WiiWare?
Might get it...might not. But I seem to be leaning towards getting it.
another math game, been there done that.
