Wow, this game actually looks pretty badass. Can't wait to grab it.
If there are many tables and more features than the original, I'll be sure to download this one.
Iam a huge fan of the original, I cant believe there making a sequel for it. This will be a must buy for me.
I wonder how the 5 player mode thing is going to work.
Seeing as I haven't downloaded the original (though I greatly enjoyed playing Devil's Crush), I'll add it to my ever increasing WiiWare wishlist.
Yeah same here Atlantis. I haven't played Alain or devils Crush, but the wiiare one might be better for me. But they will probably price it around 1000, since the originals are 800.
I will be keeping an eye on this one.
If they nail the gameplay like its predecessor and the price is right, this should be an automatic purchase. The artwork is fantastic.
Hopelessly in love with any good Pinball Sim! If they get this one right, I'm in!
It has good graphics, I might get it.
I am also looking forward to this game. I wonder if and how multiplayer will be done. I just think the fact of uploading high scores will make this a very cool game. Can't wait
I was never into the look of the original, and will the updated look is more tolerable, it still makes me squeemish just looking at it. Thats just going off the stills, but maybe videos will change my mind. Until then, it's going to have to do a lot to get me to buy it. While I normally don't have high standards, Devil's Crush, which I've always held in higher regard, is going to be much cheaper, and I already have Metroid Prime Pinball, which has sci-fi-themed pinball covered for me, though I won't it to that high of standards, as this is not a full release like MPP(nor costing $35). I like Hudson, so I'm not going to dismiss this one right off the bat and the original Alien Crush was by no means a bad game, it's just that it's going to have to be really good in order to get me to ignore Devil's Crush, as well as it's rather disgusting looking theme.
cant wait to pick this up
Very beatiful, i like pinball, I'll get this for sure.
who would have thought a pinball game could look so epic? I love pinball! This is going to be sweeeet
Awesome. I loved the original, and I want this, especially since I saw Wi-Fi in the video.
Are there multiple boards or just one. And is there wifi multiplayer or high score boards?
@WeeGee
There are multiple boards, and there is an online scoreboard.
This game looks awesome i might get this!
The thing about this is will it be as good as the original?
I'm getting this because of online play, rankings, and DLC. This is my second most anticapated Wiiware game only below Bomberman Blast.
Check out our first impressions of Alien Crush Returns
Okay Dazza.
I have to say I loved it! I also love the sweet graphic! I'm sold to this game!
Alien Crush Returns or NES Pinball? Hmmm....
Its a no-brainer Alien Crush. Actually I have NES pinball already, but this is the game I want to play.
It would've been cool if they released this today with Bomberman. But I'd take an hour deciding on which one to get.
Hope this game comes out this month.
a pinball sim? I have enough PASS
I'm really looking forward to this one. I loved the original, and especially, Devil's Crush for the Turbo. This looks like one damned fine-looking Wii-ware game. Hurry on up with the release date.

some good quality vids of Alien Crush Returns from WiiFolder.com:

@Wiiloveit. You'll never guess what just came out in America...first Art Style, then World of Goo and now this...is MaBoShi going to the only great thing Europe has first
Holy balls! This game is HUGE!!
*cleans fridge
Sweet. I'm enjoying this one A LOT already. $8.00 is nothing for this. It definitely feels like you're playing a very, very updated version of the TG16 game as opposed to a pinball sim. I love, for example the William's Pinball collection for the Wii which is a really good pinball simulation with far more realistic table and ball physics than here. But here...the ball physics don't have to be totally realistic, just fun; afterall, you aren't playing on a pinball table you are playing pinball on a living alien organism. Anyways, here's to hoping for a Devil's Crush remake next.
just played it with my friend for about 30 minutes. If you like the original youll like this one(i prefer devils crush tho). cool game glad i downloaded it
I love watching an advertisement for a pinball game. It's like advertising sponges. What the hell can you say? It's a sponge.
No, but seriously - why the remake of Alien Crush and not Devil Crush? Either way, I might pick this up if the VC continues to be slow.
@Starwolf_UK: Yeah, well - we got Wii Fit before the Americans! Erm... yeah.
UPDATE: Alien Crush Returns no longer features in the New Releases section, but is still viewable on the WiiWare section (using the search function) with a release of TBD. Here's hoping it's out tonight, or otherwise I haven't got an excuse for not sending my friend a WiIWare gift for his Birthday (I said that I haven't got enough points you see, knowing that I'd probably spend them tonight on ACR and SB3)
Yeah, i'm on the 12th place in the world wide ranking of Level 3 . Wohoo^^.
Aw man ness, im like 23rd on that ranking
I've only had the chanse to play it a few hours, but I find it very enjoyable. Doing the campaign mode is quite easy to complete (especially if you do continues) and is a good introduction to the game. I've just gotten to the point where I'm staring to figure out certain bonuses and cool things on the boards, so I'll hope the depth of the game just increases as I get more used to it.
The controls using the wiimote and nunchuck works brilliantly.
I'm still very bad at this game, which become really apparent when I compete against others in the online play.
Very enjoyable! I can recommend this to anyone who likes pinball games.
Does anyone know how to activate the bonus table warp a second time? It's driving me nuts!
Wow, just watched the video and I can't believe I've been sleeping on this game. I love Devil's Crush, so this is a no brainer. And to think I was literally just about to buy an ArtStyle game...this is way more up my alley.
Finally got this. Its a great high score game. Gotta work my way down to 2 digits though...
I don't know if this is new or anything, but I received a message today that I could get new DLC. Here's what I got:
