Bet you can't deduce what this one's about
The first time we entered the AiRace universe, if you will, was through the simple and fun 200 Point DSiWare tidbit AiRace: Tunnel. While it was a satisfying arcade flight experience, it felt more like a bonus mode that was chopped out of a larger game. AiRace is that larger game. With more aircraft, actual...

News AiRace Speed Flying Onto the 3DS eShop Soon
A need for speed
Two DSiWare releases that we rather enjoyed were AiRace and AiRace Tunnel, and with that in mind we're certainly pleased to hear about AiRace Speed from QubicGames. Due on the 3DS eShop "late summer", which could mean in the next few weeks, this high-speed flying game will cost $4.99 in North America and €4.99 / £4.49 in Europe...

Bit.Trip, Phoenix and Ghouls on the Wii, fire-fighting, platforming action and brain busting on the DSi this week in Europa
WiiWare: Bit.Trip RUNNER (800pts - Aksys Games) -- Europe gets the first try at the latest entry in the minimalist, retro-rhythm game series from Gaijin Games. We loved the time we spent playing the final release version, so if...

Mad shooting for the Wii, Gangs, cards, planes and brick-breaking for the DSi this week in North America
It's a catch-up week on the Wii in North America, though there's some fresh faces on the DSi to get everyone's attention. Also of note is the premier of the latest Big Name Game microgame for WarioWare D.I.Y created by Alex Neuse of Gaijin Games,...

Aerial racer is go go go for launch
There's not enough plane racers on any format: we know this, you know this. Thankfully the void will be shrinking by one on Monday, as QubicGames is set to release AiRace in the US DSi Shop. Along with the launch announcement comes some new screenshots and a trailer, which you can check out underneath. Time to get...
About The Game
AiRace is not your typical handheld racing – it’s high-sky racing at its best.
There are no limits to flying with 360° movement and unique steering with Nintendo DSi stylus. AiRace offers you a chance to control one of nine planes and compete against AI or human opponents in 6 exotic locations. With great physics, plane upgrades, on-the-track power-ups and unique maps AiRace offers a little bit more than your average DS racing. Now it’s time to leave your cars and switch to airplanes.

good to see more racing games coming to dsiware! Hopefully this is a good one!
wait, does this mean you can race with others over wifi??
we need more racing games. actually we need a game like grand theft auto just because it has freedom like cop the new ds game. or better yet we need a good mmorpg thats free and you can pay for an account for more stuff. THAT would be cool
Nice graphics, the layout reminds me of "Kirby Air Ride" for Gamecube except for the top left screenshot.
I'ma get this on day one.
as will I
as will I
looks good. I will wait for a review first though.
Why does it say "TBA" when it's out in NA?
This is not out in NA yet. That's Airace: Tunnel.
I feel dumb now...
Looks like it will be really fun. AiRace Tunnel is extremely fun.
When is it coming out? I've been waiting for quite a while now, and my patience is thinning. QubicGames, hurry!
when is this comming out????!?!?
Well NoWay! studios have done an excellent job with C.O.R.E. and AiRace: Tunnels, so this I have no doubt will be great
This looks really good.
The introductory news said there would be two AiRace titles (Tunnel amd this version) and that 1 would go for 200 (Tunnel) and the other for 800.

This one is FANTASTIC! Much better than A:Tunnel. Challenging and entertaining. Points well spent
A question to those who have 'Airace' & 'Airace - Tunnel': Is the complete "Airace: Tunnel" game in this one?
Thanks in advance for an answer =).
this is NOT worth the buy
WOW! Just finished this game. AiRace is TOTALLY worth the buy! It rocks! Many hours of gameplay, 6 amazing environments with multiple tracks in each, challenging AI planes, powerups and missles, earning upgrades for your plane (engine, wing and shields), 18 Championships to race using 3 classes of planes as you earn them, from biplanes, to WWII planes and finally jets! It gets insanely fast. One of the best racers I have ever played on the DSi!
I feel sorry for you gamers in Europe who don't have access to AiRace yet, but we don't have Photo Dojo here yet either so that sort of evens things out.
No Gizmo, the original AiRace Tunnel game is not included in the AiRace.
I really like this one but it seems a little over priced when you look at all the content in this game. If DL and play was included in this one it would have made this game full of awesomeness. As is, its still a good game worth a play through. Im glad to see Europe got this one at 300 points off which makes this a must DL for you guys(if your into racers).
@rainman-maybe this title is Ninteys way to make up for the US getting Photo Dojo as a free DL.
I'm not sure if I should get this. It's not because I hate it. It's just that AirRace:Tunnel came to my satisfactory but it didn't make me go 'WOW!'
I'll think about this...
ya im not sure if i should get this one either. im trying to decide between airace and thorium wars.
I was actually looking for an easy flight sim when I came upon this race game. FUN! not the flight sim I wanted but fun none the less.
Now I don't need the Flight sim. and I don't need airace tunnel either.
